- Providing rehabilitation services to consumers using a recovery-oriented approach.
- Working collaboratively with consumers, carers, and other agencies to deliver effective care.
- Assisting in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of individualised rehabilitation plans.
- Providing compassionate, relationship-centered care and/or individual case management that embraces personal preferences and human rights.
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support to other nursing staff and students, as per your level of experience.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, as per your level of experience.
- Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience in nursing practices in a mental health setting.
- The ability to work with empathy, display a courteous manner, and express a genuine willingness to help others.
- The ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
