Now we just need you.Qualifications:A real endeavour, shaped by youIn this role as a System Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide support for the Land C3 SPO, CASG environment. You will focus on the L200-2 Battlefield Command System (BCS), offering Systems Engineering Support for integrating the system onto Army platforms and managing interface functionalities.To succeed in this endeavour, you will be responsible for:

Identify, develop, manage, implement, and verify system interfaces for BCS capability realization.
Support the sustainment of BCS system interfaces.
Develop Systems Integration Management Plan (SIMP) and Interface Control Document (ICD) for BCS System Capability.
Collaborate with Capability Manager to understand and simplify operational capability requirements of BCS system interfaces.
Assist other Systems Engineers in understanding and documenting interface boundaries for Technical Certification requirements of System of Systems and Systems on Platforms.
Support V&V engineer in documenting interface-specific and overall system of systems V&V activities for BCS capability delivery.
Collaborate within a team to develop Systems Engineering, Technical Certification, and Interface and Integration documents.

A real endeavour, driven by youOur work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
Demonstrated experience and familiarity with CASG projects and systems engineering activities, including planning.
Strong background in Systems Engineering, particularly within the CASG/Defense environment, with a focus on Interface and Integration activities.
Proficient in systems safety, security protocols, and managing technical risk.
Graduate qualifications in Engineering or Systems Engineering are preferred.
Essential experience in Systems Engineering within a CASG environment.
Recent hands-on experience in subsystem integration (both hardware and software) and platform integration.
Familiarity with communications systems in a military environment is highly desirable.
