Aviary aims to take guests on a journey from the time they enter to the time they leave. This can involve working behind the bar, welcoming guests upon arrival and acting as a host to their experience and running food and drinks.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You must be confident in making cocktails and the ability to learn and experiment with new and exciting recipes
Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage in a high-end restaurant or bar
Current QLD RSA Certificate
Be willing to engage with guests and provide 5-star service
Be friendly, fast and efficient, as well as confident and reliable
