As a valued member of our event team, you'll play a key part in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for thousands of sports lovers. Whether you're welcoming guests, managing queues, handing out flyers & goodies or supporting behind the scenes, your energy and professionalism will help make the festival a success.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist attendees with directions and general info
- Support exhibitors and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with event setup and pack-down
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive
- Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Casual shift on Sunday, 19 Oct 2025
- Should be available between 06pm - 11pm
- Work in a fun, supportive, and energetic team
- Get behind-the-scenes access to a major sporting event
