Process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with award rates and statutory obligations.
Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other regulatory payments.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, and entitlements promptly.
Perform reconciliations of payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance department on month-end processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in payroll management.
Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Sound understanding of award interpretation, taxation, and superannuation obligations.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
