Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Training Specialist (Learning Design) to support the development of technical training across operational environments for a major client. This role focuses on creating high-quality learning materials, including eLearning modules and nationally accredited training content.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training manuals and assessments aligned with National Units of Competency
  • Design and produce interactive eLearning modules
  • Create and maintain other learning materials as required
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience designing training aligned with national competency standards
  • Proven ability to create effective eLearning content
  • Strong written communication and document editing skills
  • Comfortable working with subject matter experts to gather content
  • Detail-oriented, with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A focus on continuous improvement and learner experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a training or technical operational role is an advantage
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is required
