- Deliver certificate programs to school-based students at Mater Education
- Support multiple VETiS cohorts in Townsville region schools
- Build relationships with students, clients, and colleagues through feedback and reflection
- Ensure safety and sustainability practices in the learning environment
- Contribute to program planning and development
- Manage student assessments with constructive feedback
- Engage in professional development for industry and teaching skills
- Attend team meetings, events, and handle administrative duties
- Manage student progress and provide educational support within portfolio
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant health industry
- Demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment
- Detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements
- Ability to effectively manage and apply key conflict resolution skills in the student environment
- Enthusiastic and engaging individual who is highly knowledgeable in the relevant industry
- Strong adherence and acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures and industry requirements
- Ability to work well with peer educators and as part of a team
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), mandatory
- Valid Working with Children Card (BlueCard) or eligible to apply for Blue Card
- Current Drivers Licence
