You will work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality care to oncology and haematology patients in a hospital outpatient clinic environment. You will;
  • Provide psychological services including evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions to patients of the Tasmanian Health Service - Hospitals South in the outpatient setting.
  • Engage with, and provide advice and consultation to multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholder in the provision best practice care for oncology patients.
Psychology Services
  • A team of Clinical psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Health Psychologists working alongside multidisciplinary professionals in allied health, nursing and medical teams
  • We offer professional development support, peer review and clinical supervision including to new graduates and psychology registrars.
  • Support, mentoring and development from a psychology leadership team.

Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
  • Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022.
Salary Packaging:You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.Allowances:
  • Please note that access to salaries beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
  • Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum
