- Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH!)
- Ageing Account reporting and analysis
- Daily Collection calls on accounts in arrears
- Negotiation payment plans / payment options with customers
- Escalation of high-risk accounts
- Providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies
- Adhoc tasks as required
- Exposure within a Collections Officer position. Highly desirable would be from an early-stage collection environment
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Intermediate level of excel skills - must be able to do pivot tables and vlookups
- Experienced working in a high-volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high performing team environment
