This position is a varied role within the company's financial operations, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities. Overall, this role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- End-to-end payroll - Including BAS, PAYG, Super, Insurance, Long service leave etc
- Liaising with external stakeholders for various accounting matters
- Reconciling client progress claims and variations
- Provide key financial reporting, including WIP
- Supervise and mentor other accounts professionals
- Assist clients in navigating financial considerations
- 3+ years working within a simar role for a Residential Builder – Essential
- Proficient in Xero - Advantageous
- Can work Autonomously, mentor and lead others
- Experience in end to end Payroll, AP and AR
