Play a key role in ensuring compliance and job site readiness with efficient onboarding and mobilisation. These roles ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities and contribute to a positive candidate & new-starter experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Onboarding & Mobilization efforts across multiple sites and regions.Schedule & manage pre-employment medical appointments.Coordinate onboarding for staff across remote Australian mining sites.Collect and verify pre-employment documentation.Maintain recruitment databases and track key metrics.Build and maintain talent pipelines.Manage shared inboxes and induction bookings.QualificationsRelevant Certificate-level qualification in Business, HR, or Administration, or equivalent experience in recruitment.ExperienceOnboarding, mobilisation & compliance experience from within the talent space will be highly regarded.Onboarding experience within the hospitality/accommodation or mining sectors is adventageous.Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred).SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Copilot & other AI-powered tools.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.About UsCiveo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
