Improve lives.What you'll be doingReporting to the Director, Healthier Communities, the purpose of this position is to provide overall operational and strategic management and leadership of District Oral Health Services in accordance with South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) plans, policies, procedures and budget.The role leads, directs, plans and manages the physical, human and financial resources of Oral Health Services ensuring the effective and efficient provision of high-quality oral health care services, in line with the organisational objectives corporate and business plans of the District and with the policy directions of NSW Ministry of Health.This role works in close partnership with the Oral Health Services Clinical Director to deliver comprehensive, safe and quality care to achieve outcomes for communities.Where You'll be WorkingSWSLHD Oral Health Services provide essential dental care to eligible residents across South Western Sydney.Covering the local government areas of Bankstown, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wingecarribee, and Wollondilly, these services include general dental care, emergency dental treatment, and specialised programs for children and vulnerable populations.The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible treatment.
