As we integrate with Nuvei, we pledge to stay true to our roots and deliver even greater value to our merchants and partners.Who do we need on the team, and what will you be doing?Till Payments (a nuvei company) is looking for a motivated Senior Functional Consultant to join our Technology - Infrastructure & Operations team.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects for clients across various industries.No two days in a high-growth scale-up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives, providing expert guidance on best practices and solution options.
  • Configure D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service to align with client needs.
  • Customize D365 using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional development within the team.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies related to Dynamics 365.
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Effective communication skills are crucial in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team collaboration. You will often lead project teams, coordinating and collaborating with developers, consultants, and other stakeholders
Who are you, and what experience will you bring?We’re looking for someone who can live and breathe Payment solutions, you’ll have a hunger to succeed, and a real passion for the FinTech industry.We’re open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that you’ll have:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365) in a consulting capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Proven experience leading D365 implementation projects from discovery to post-implementation support.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a team with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to interface with client and engagement teams at the appropriate level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Good research/assessment skills
