- Design and implement tailored service sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and customer priorities to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Partner proactively with the aftermarket service team to guarantee seamless customer support, enhancing satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market analysis including pricing trends, competitor activities, and regional dynamics, delivering actionable insights to inform management decisions.
- Develop customized product proposals and quotations, applying the company's pricing models and discount strategies to optimize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Utilize CRM systems extensively to document customer interactions, track service opportunities, and monitor quotation statuses, ensuring transparent and up-to-date communication flow.
- Work integratively with sales, operations, and service teams to maximize cross-selling and upselling potentials, aligning commercial initiatives with customer requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience, in after sales, service, or territory/account management roles.
- Trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant or similar
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales
- Experience in compressed air or dewatering pump industry (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
