- Champion the guest journey — lead service initiatives that delight patrons and inspire your team to go above and beyond.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, team presentation, service standards and compliance across all trading areas.
- Manage team performance, onboarding, and training — create a culture of growth, ownership, and accountability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service and a united guest experience.
- Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling strategies that boost engagement and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all regulatory standards.
- Proactively monitor forecasts and staffing needs — balance efficiency with service excellence.

Previous experience in RCG and gaming venues is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker — we’re happy to train the right candidate
