You will play a critical role in supporting the manufacture of the Xtrapolis 2.0 fleet by ensuring that supplier quality is managed to the highest standard.We'll look to you for:
  • Performing Quality inspections and facilitating customer visits/inspections.
  • Championing Quality and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the Production team with Quality matters and training them on how to perform inspections.
  • Preparing and updating project Quality processes, plans and checklists.
  • Leading problem solving between multiple departments.
  • Initiate NCR's and actively participate in the follow up and resolution.
  • Regular reporting on Quality metrics.

  • Be an agile and adaptable team player, who is reliable, committed and happy to help where required.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Quality problem solving methodologies, such as 8D.
  • Significant experience in a similar Quality focused role.
  • Experience within Rail/Rollingstock will be highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
