You will play a critical role in supporting the manufacture of the Xtrapolis 2.0 fleet by ensuring that supplier quality is managed to the highest standard.We'll look to you for:

Performing Quality inspections and facilitating customer visits/inspections.
Championing Quality and continuous improvement.
Supporting the Production team with Quality matters and training them on how to perform inspections.
Preparing and updating project Quality processes, plans and checklists.
Leading problem solving between multiple departments.
Initiate NCR's and actively participate in the follow up and resolution.
Regular reporting on Quality metrics.

Be an agile and adaptable team player, who is reliable, committed and happy to help where required.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Quality problem solving methodologies, such as 8D.
Significant experience in a similar Quality focused role.
Experience within Rail/Rollingstock will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
