We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components, performing quality checks, and maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components according to technical specificationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safelyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manualsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and report any assembly issues or defectsMaintain a clean and organised work areaAssist with packaging and preparing products for shipmentFollow safety protocols and participate in team meetings and trainingSkills and QualificationsBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with toolsAbility to read and follow technical instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periodsPrevious experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferredJulia Bortoli
