Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Intune and Group Policy configuration (including Advanced Group Policy Management)3. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Access Management (MAM) through Intune.4. MECM (SCCM) and Intune skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging and patching5. Strong experience in writing technical documentation including SOPs and design documentation.Desirable criteria1. Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)2. Experience with Australian Government IT Cyber Security processes including ISM, Essential 8 and ACSC hardening guides
