
Operations Scheduler

- Contract: Employee Fixed-Term
- Develop and maintain short-term maintenance schedules and capacity plans to optimise plant uptime.
- Coordinate with Operations, Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance, Projects, HSE, and Subsea teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Finalise and lock in the integrated facility schedule with the on-site Operations team.
- Prioritise work execution to minimise HSE and production risks.
- Drive continuous improvement through effective use of SAP Master Data, task lists, and planning tools.
- Maintain high data quality standards throughout the planning and scheduling process.
- Trade qualification or engineering diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical disciplines.
- Strong background in planning or scheduling within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in SAP PM, Primavera, and other scheduling tools.
- Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and planning processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to provide SAP technical support to stakeholders.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to transport to Bladin Point.
