This role is central to the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at our Ichthys LNG Onshore Processing Facility.As the Operations Scheduler, you'll be responsible for developing and managing short-term integrated maintenance schedules (14, 28, and 120 days), ensuring alignment with operational priorities and resource availability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, manage capacity, and respond to unplanned events, using tools such as SAP, Primavera, and Prometheus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain short-term maintenance schedules and capacity plans to optimise plant uptime.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance, Projects, HSE, and Subsea teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Finalise and lock in the integrated facility schedule with the on-site Operations team.
  • Prioritise work execution to minimise HSE and production risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective use of SAP Master Data, task lists, and planning tools.
  • Maintain high data quality standards throughout the planning and scheduling process.
About You:
  • Trade qualification or engineering diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong background in planning or scheduling within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in SAP PM, Primavera, and other scheduling tools.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and planning processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to provide SAP technical support to stakeholders.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to transport to Bladin Point.
