Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Operations Manager will oversee and optimise multi-site claims teams across Adelaide and Brisbane. You’ll be accountable for operational excellence, customer experience outcomes, and the successful delivery of complex transformation programs - including multiple system replacements and capability modernisation. This is a high-impact leadership role, balancing disciplined operational performance with a people-first culture, during a period of significant change.Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimise large, multi-site claims operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and compliance targets are achieved.
Drive operational transformation through process uplift, system modernisation, and disciplined risk and quality frameworks.
Champion a culture of accountability and high performance
Inspire and develop leaders with a process-driven yet people-focused approach, ensuring engagement and capability growth.

About You

Proven track record leading large and complex operations in insurance, financial services, or similar industries.
Deep expertise in productivity, utilisation, capacity management, and operational excellence.
Strong background in transformation and process redesign, with the ability to manage multiple system and process changes.
Skilled in performance management, risk frameworks, and compliance standards
Exceptional leadership presence - visible, approachable, and able to bring teams on the journey through change.
