- Remuneration: $51.85 - $56.69 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading +
- Service, repair and maintenance of radiation therapy equipment.
- Respond flexibly and efficiently to maintain clinical services.
- Communicate openly and effectively with the medical physics and broader clinical team and with equipment suppliers and service agents.
- Maintain records in accordance with requirements.
- Diploma of Electronics & Communications Engineering (or equivalent) or Electronics Trade certificate with extensive practical experience or 5 years' experience in the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability clearly speak accurate technical advice and guidance to all equipment stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to perform repairs and maintenance to radiation oncology equipment including high energy x-ray medical linear accelerators and equipment containing radioactive substances. Available to undertake necessary training including overseas training as required.
- Team player with demonstrated organisational skills which include the ability to multitask, prioritise and respond well to rapid change.
