Join Each’s inclusive team of Inclusive Education specialists and Allied Health team members, supporting children (0–9 years) and their families to reach their goals using evidence-based early childhood intervention practices.Why you'll love this roleAt Each you’ll be supported to be your best. - Flexible working – Work full-time (part time of 4 days can be offered) or 4 days a week, with flexible start times around standard business hours, hybrid work (home/office/community) (offered after full training and case load), and the option for a 9-day fortnight after probation period.

- Professional growth – Full training in early intervention, SPARK Communication (Hanen), after probation, group supervision with national leads, and leadership development opportunities.
- Partner with families to deliver practical, meaningful supports tailored to each child’s needs.
- Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to guide families and educators.
- Coach caregivers to build confidence in everyday routines.
- Help families navigate NDIS processes and strengthen children’s inclusion in their communities.
- A degree in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of child development and experience supporting children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Understanding of NDIS Early Childhood Approach and best practice early childhood intervention.
- Experience in specialist early childhood settings or Schools for Specific Purposes (SSP) will make you standout.
