Project Manager – Central West QueenslandThe OpportunityAs Project Manager you will lead the safe, end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure and capital works projects—valued up to $20 million—in a friendly and welcoming regional Council. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.What’s on Offer

Base salary $119k – $135k + Super
5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
15 days personal (sick) leave
Monthly RDOs
Housing provided
Relocation assistance (if required)
Locality allowance

About YouYou’re an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering civil infrastructure projects. You thrive in a hands-on role, have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and can balance project delivery with building positive community relationships.You will bring

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven track record managing end-to-end infrastructure or civil works projects
Strong understanding of Local Government operations and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in regional or remote communities highly regarded
