As they continue to scale and modernise, they're searching for a Head of IT to spearhead technology transformation across the region.This is not your average IT leadership role. You'll be both the guardian of day-to-day IT operations and the architect of a future-ready tech landscape.Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing IT operations including helpdesk, troubleshooting, hardware and software support in an initial hands on capacity.
- Driving a strategic regional technology transformation program
- Leading the transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable technology platforms
- Identifying new opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation
- Directly managing a local team of up to 10 IT professionals
- Owning and optimising enterprise-level ERP or similar system implementations
