- Processing and managing advertising bookings.
- Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals.
- Accurately maintaining client and revenue records.
- Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team.
- Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing etc).
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
- A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
