- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HSE procedures, ensuring all incidents are reported and documented accurately.
- Support hazard identification, risk assessments, and the development of control measures.
- Help maintain HSE management systems, including contractor management (Rapid Global), chemical management (ChemAlert), workplace inspections, and external certifications (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
- Assist with HSE audits, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating training matrices, ensuring qualifications and competencies are current.
- Support the development of HSE documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Provide administrative support for inductions, training programs, and HSE meetings.
- Assist with researching and analysing HSE issues, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)** – provided by Bosch Rexroth
