The role will hone into your effective decision making and clinical experience where you will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns.With our clients’ wellbeing always in mind, you’ll review client care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life, making a real difference to the quality of care we deliver. This includes:Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plansComprehensive and accurate assessment of residentsAssisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional developmentSupport in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standardsWhat makes a difference for us?You will be an experienced clinician, with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment.
