- At least 3 years' experience in procurement, tendering and contract management, preferably within the WA Public Sector
- Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, including change management
- Strong understanding of Western Australian Procurement Rules
- Proven experience in developing contract and procurement systems and processes
