The Office of Future Students are seeking a dynamic individual for Domestic Student Recruitment based in Brisbane or Gold Coast, who will be instrumental in driving enrolment objectives for both undergraduate and graduate programs. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on generating leads within specific market regions to meet our performance goals. This role will involve crafting strategic plans, enhancing domestic student recruitment, and engaging in proactive sales to foster growth.Responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic and operational plans to bolster domestic student recruitment.
- Enhancing lead generation by effectively representing and promoting Bond University.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and promoting Bond's pathway programs and academic offerings.
- Delivering exceptional client service to all university clients and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field, complemented by experience in business development and/or sales.
- A proven track record in developing and executing student recruitment strategies or equivalent experience in business development and sales.
- Advanced skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in setting goals, utilising data for informed decision-making, and understanding of the tertiary education sector.
