An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oak Flats, overseeing multiple residential construction sites across the Wollongong region. You'll be responsible for managing projects from site commencement through to handover, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure each build is completed efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple construction sites, managing builds from start to finishCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesMonitor and manage construction timelines using proprietary scheduling softwareEnsure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards and internal quality assurance processesConduct on-site inspections with clients at various build stagesWork collaboratively with internal teams including sales, customer service, and management to ensure smooth project deliverySkills and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in a residential construction supervisory roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks effectivelyExisting network of subcontractors and trades (advantageous)Confident working autonomously, while also being a team playerComfortable using construction management software and general computer systemsCurrent driver's licence and White CardMust reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Wollongong/Illawarra regionBenefitsWork with a highly respected and supportive teamJoin a business with clear structure, strong systems, and long-standing trade relationshipsBe part of a positive and collaborative workplace cultureLong-term stability with a consistent pipeline of projectsOpportunity to work on award-winning buildsAbout the Company
