About Our ClientOur client is a renowned humanitarian organisation that offers critical support to individuals and communities in need. They offer competitive compensation and benefits packages along with a supportive and inclusive work environment.Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include:

Coding and lifting information into their new system (Dynamics 365)
Revise all invoices and allocate to the team
Look after AMEX and Uber accounts
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and proper authorisation
Prepare and process payments to vendors
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions and related documentation.
Resolve payment-related issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Other ad hoc duties

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be Immediately Available and will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar AP role. Additionally, they will have experience using a variety of accounting software's, and therefore will be tech savvy. Most importantly, they will have a strong attention to detail, will pick things up quickly, great communication skills, and a can do attitude.What's on OfferOur Client
