Senior Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor

- Oversee quality assurance inspections of all incoming materials, ensuring products meet required standards.
- Manage daily cycle counts, weekly digital stocktakes, and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, Chep accounts, and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Coordinate with procurement and packaging teams to manage meal SKU rotation, stock availability, and report on holdings and shorts.
- Ensure accurate receival, labeling, and inventory management of all products through internal systems.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse and supply chain staff to maintain high operational and safety standards.
- Oversee Critical Control Point (CCP1) checks, area inspections, safety conversations, and toolbox talks to uphold compliance.
- Manage documentation and accurate processing of all wastage and destruction of branded packaging
- Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and investigation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing software and inventory control systems.
- Safety training or certifications (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety) or a strong focus on hazard and incident management.
- Experience leading a team or coordinating across departments to meet operational goals.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A clear, confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A capable leader - able to guide, train, and provide feedback to team members while running toolbox talks and safety conversations.
- Resilient, professional, and reliable under pressure, with a strong work ethic.
- Warm, approachable, and collaborative.
- Physically capable of performing stock handling tasks, including lifting and moving items as required.
