- Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth
- Supporting the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance GSK’s standing in the healthcare market
- Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines
- Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives
- Significant experience in hospital specialist or key account manager positions, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
- Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders
- An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
- Knowledge of the oncology therapeutic area would be advantageous, but not essential
- A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
