Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty area, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines, with a focus on high-quality, innovative dishes
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences
