- Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Consultants, delivering solutions that are sustainable, efficient, and impactful.
- Establish and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships that align with their values and enhance reputation as a trusted partner.
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive project logistics from inception to completion, ensuring optimal stakeholder engagement and program success.
- Implement technology-driven strategies to enhance project delivery and client experiences, continually seeking innovative solutions to improve their processes.
- Actively participate in and support the development of team culture, reflecting core values of integrity, flexibility, and a commitment to making a difference.
- Proven experience in managing L&D, OD, or culture change projects, with a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to build rapport and establish credibility with key clients swiftly.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, and proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred, with a solid track record of managing budgets and adapting to hybrid work settings.
