You will coordinate and lead the cashier team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial transactions and cash handling processes, all while adhering to the System of Accounting and Internal Control regulations. A few of your responsibilities
Assist the Cashier Services Duty Manager in the daily coordination and operation of the Casino Safety Deposit Box and Keno
Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with the System of Accounting and Internal Controls
Support in accounting for inventory, including local and foreign currency, coin, cheques, chips, documents, and records
Respond to guest enquiries and concerns, ensuring they have a positive experience
Assist with people planning requirements including Training & Development and Recruitment activities
What are we looking for
Demonstrated experience leading a team
Extensive experience in a highly regulated cash handling environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
Thorough understanding of regulations and laws as they relate to our business
About youAs the Cashier Services Supervisor, you will have a team leadership background, ideally within a cash handling or cashiering environment. Your passion for building lasting relationships through strong communication skills will see you lead by example and deliver excellent guest service.
