We are committed to always provide value back to our audience and our team through high-quality content.Who You AreOur team is seeking a talented thumbnail designer for Roblox Children YouTube videos; that can replicate the Roblox thumbnail style and the Roblox style. You must know what makes a good design and are able to help bring thumbnails to life by following brief instructions, keeping up to date with the latest children trends, and having knowledge/experience of Roblox.Your Responsibilities and Skills
- Design Roblox thumbnails in the Cashblox and Maizen Roblox Style by following brief/design instructions.
- To efficiently implement and onboard feedback for your thumbnail designs.
- Understand and utilise the key elements of successful thumbnails.
- Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space.
- Design 4 Roblox thumbnails a week minimum, while making sure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the thumbnail packaging team to make sure we are creating the best thumbnails
- Collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible. This includes thumbnail ideas, and sharing assets.
- Use Monday.com and Discord to communicate with the packaging team, and input thumbnail designs.Requirements:- At least 1-2+ years of Roblox thumbnails and photoshop experience.
- Experience and understanding of visual designs principles for thumbnails.
- Great communication and accountability.
- Portfolio of past work showcasing why you’re fit for the job.
- Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
- Ability to understand feedback and act on it to improve.
- Flexibility to adapt to deadline changes and emergency thumbnails.
- Knowledge and understanding of Roblox, social media and pop-culture trends.
- Always striving to improve their quality of work and internal skillsPreferable Additional Skills
- Worked with major competitors in this niche previously (Cash,Maizen,etc)
