This opportunity is designed for an experienced professional ready to take on significant challenges and drive strategic change within the technology risk and compliance domain.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a growing team, ensuring effective management and support.
- Demonstrate a strong background in technology and cyber risk, including expertise in data security and managing cyber incidents.
- Lead with a strategic mindset, focusing on operational team strategy, planning, and the development of credible working relationships.
- Engage directly with Technology General Managers, contributing to the strategic direction and reporting on progress.
- Experience in technology, with a strong preference for candidates who have a first-line tech risk background. Second Line of Defense experience will be considered.
- Proven expertise in managing technology and cyber risks, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in CPS 234.
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant change, indicating this role is suited for individuals who are resilient and adaptable.
- Excellent people management skills, with an ability to build and develop strong, credible relationships.
- A hands-on approach, combined with the ability to think strategically and plan for the future.
