- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Provide technical consultation to potential customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) projects, working closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
- Support post-sales activities, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation phase.
- Experience as a Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer or Security Analyst.
- Strong technical background with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, Azure Cloud, VMware, Cyber Security or the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
