Join our client's team at a leading Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek NSW for an exciting opportunity as a Training Facilitator. This role is a contract position for 8 months with the potential for extension.Position Title: Training Facilitator
Reports To: Learning & Development ManagerPrimary Function:
  • Review and understand training material for all allocated training modules.
  • Facilitate training sessions on-site, both in classrooms and operational settings.
  • Deliver training adhering to all site safety requirements.
  • Assess and manage trainee understanding throughout the training delivery process.
  • Conduct formal assessments, both written and observational.
  • Maintain training attendance records and complete assessment records, uploading them to the site system.
Personal Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and assessment.
  • Ability to train across multiple topics/modules using detailed facilitation guides.
  • Strong administration skills to record training participation and assessment results.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Availability for shift work.
Key Commercial Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Cert IV Training and Evaluation qualification.
  • High-risk forklift ticket for High Reach Forklift and Counterbalance Forklift desirable not mandatory.
  • Effective communication, training, facilitation, interpersonal, and team working skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint.
Area of Accountability - Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate face-to-face training using developed training material.
  • Deliver training in both classroom and operational environments.
  • Record training attendance, participation, and assessments.
  • Ensure all safety standards and procedures are trained, observed, and met during all training sessions.
