Reporting to the Senior Facility Management Manager, your focus will be to manage the day-to-day operation of the site, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction, is contractually compliant and that avoids penalties and abatements.Key Responsibilities:· Service and Maintenance of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment - (and/or Mechanical, Electrical, Fire systems)· Day to Day servicing, calibrations and maintenance of building plant and equipment· Act as a 2IC to the Facility Leader· Scheduling - Co-ordinate / schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner in compliance with Contract KPI's and Customer requirements· Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of contractors is conducted in a safe, timely, efficient and professional manner· General Maintenance, diagnostics and Repairs in-line with skills and license· Support with the ordering of materials and parts· Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison and client representatives· Process Improvement - Evaluate and re-design workplace processes and implement as applicable.· Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Facilities Manager· Problem-solving - Take an active role in solving site-based problems and implementing necessary changes.Key Experience & Capabilities:· High level of coordination experience and working within complex environments is preferred, with excellent communications skills and the ability to work as part of a team essential..· Intermediate to High computer skills· Licensed Electrician, and/or Refrigeration mechanic General building maintenance and/or trade knowledge· Facility technician experience (required) and high-profile buildings (preferred)· Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information· Sub-contractor management· Fault finding and repairs in discipline· Ability to work under pressureAbout UsThe world is changing.
