- Assist government leaders and senior management in defining their organisational strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.
- Aid client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.
- Support business development by contributing to proposal development.
- Dedicate yourself to the development of our team participating in firm events, training sessions, and recruitment activities.
- Depending on the role, a minimum of 4-10 years’ experience, ideally with a strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- Public Sector industry knowledge.
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic programme.
- Willingness to travel, when required.
