Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team working across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.Click for more information on Waranga Health.About the role:The Administration Team Leader provides administrative support to the Director of Nursing at Waranga Campus. The role incorporates the management of the Administration Assistants at Waranga, in conjunction with the campus managers. The Administration Team Leader provides a diverse range of administrative support to effectively and efficiently manage and operate the administration teams.The role also includes:

Overseeing the daily function of Administration services team at Waranga

Assist manager to update and renew external contracts

Minute taking at meetings for the Director of Nursing and Nurse Unit Manager at relevant meetings

Participation in the annual performance review process with administrative assistants.

Preparation and distribution of agendas for all internal and external meetings
