This is a versatile role which requires someone who is adaptable, organised, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities across different commercial functions.About the role:
- Provide administrative assistance, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, prepare travel itineraries, oversee office supplies and handling correspondence.
- Facilitating meeting room and event logistics, encompassing tasks such as organizing catering, managing room bookings, overseeing stock ordering, and ensuring all technological requirements are met.
- Assist with legal document preparation.
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents.
- Review and analyse legal documents for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Monthly billing
- Reception cover and support for other corporate services functions as required.
- Minimum 2+ years Legal Secretary experience
- Positive attitude and takes proactive initiative.
- Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to work confidently and independently.
- Confidence in liaising with Clients and internal stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Suite with a focus on Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Excel and type at a speed of 60+ words per minute.
- Experience in utilizing document management and billing/time recording systems, such as FileSite, Expert, or equivalent platforms.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
