We also have Publicis Sapient driving digital business transformation for our clients.Job DescriptionWe are currently on the lookout for a Client Accountant with media billing experience to join our growing team in Sydney. The Client Accountant is to be the point of contact for the media client teams in providing assistants with client invoicing, expenses, and queries.This is an opportunity to join a global network and gain exposure to large scale client accounts & processes that will elevate your career in finance within the media industry.Key responsibilities:

Ensure Client Billings are timely and accurate.
Ensure that Debtors are collected in a timely manner.
Resolve media queries in a timely manner.
Review WIP / Job close
Create/Review & Approve Purchase Orders for Supplier invoices and ensure accuracy
Ensure compliance with Janus/Zenith Best Practices and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements.
Assist FM/FD on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad hoc basis.
Liaise with the SSC.

QualificationsExperience:

You must have prior media billings experience and will have worked with BMD (essential) and SAP (optional)
Experience in a finance role within a media agency.
