Key responsibilities:
  • Lead community services, tourism, events, and economic development
  • Support local businesses and drive economic growth
  • Oversee community programs, visitor services, and public events
  • Manage areas like NDIS coordination and pest management
  • Build strong partnerships with local stakeholders
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of Council priorities
What we’re looking for:
  • Local Government experience in community, tourism, or economic development
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. community, business, tourism)
  • Confident team leader with strong communication skills
  • Collaborative, community-focused mindset
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience in grants, events or partnerships is a bonus
