- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and business development activities.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Townsville region.
