You will be working across a 9am to 5pm shift pattern within a Global Manufacturing business!
All training will be provided and your previous experience can be from manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, warehousing and logistics or pick packing roles!The Client:
A global leader in promotional products based in Hillsdale. Our client specialises in tailored Marketing branding solutions for business both Nationally and Globally. Branded products such as Pens, drink bottles, note pads, Bags and Totes, Coffee Mugs, coasters and many more!For you:

- Start dates of August 18th and August 25th 2025
Working within a team of 25 production workers this role will see you completing manufacturing roles across multiple disciplines in the business. You will operate automated screen printing and pad printing machinery such as Printers, UV ink jet Printers, Laser engravers and more to tailor make branding solutions and promotional material for a multitude of businesses Nationwide.
You will assist across machine operation, promotional printing set up through to completion, packaging, palletising and preparing orders for despatch.Your main duties will involve:
- Machinery operation, from start up, running, troubleshooting through to final product completion
- Unpacking of goods for each required production run
- Set up machinery for each production run
- Load products such as pens, drink bottles, bags and more into machinery per order specifications
- Enter design requirements into the Automated machinery
- Ensuring art work is in the correct position and correct sizes for before production commences
- Taking goods from the line once production has finished
- Load finished goods into boxes for shipping
- Palletising stock
- Move finished goods from production lines to despatch with the assistance of manual handling aids such as trolleys
- Lifting of between 5kgs and 10kgs required throughout the day
As mentioned, full training on machinery and processes will be provided in this role!To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:
- A willingness to learn is key for this role!
- The ability to pick up and learn new manufacturing processes
- Previous basic machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
- However experience from food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehousing and logistics or pick packing roles will be accepted
- Previous packing and palletising of stock experience
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to commit to this role in a long term capacity
- Experience in Graphic design
- Previous print machine operating experience
- Previous experience working in promotional material advertising
