- Developing and executing a clear commercial strategy for ANZ, aligned with group priorities
- Leading all revenue-generating functions, including B2B, ecommerce, and future DTC opportunities
- Identifying new sales channels and partnerships (e.g. exploring retailers or direct-to-consumer pilots)
- Enhancing financial and operational rigour within the team, including owning budgets, forecasts, and margin management
- Investing & developing team capability through smart recruitment, leadership development, and cultural reset
- Bringing speed, ambition and entrepreneurial thinking to a traditionally process-heavy business
- 10+ years in senior sales, commercial, or GM roles within multi-channel consumer businesses
- A proven track record of growing revenue, building capability and leading transformation
- Experience across B2B and ecommerce channels; DTC or digital retail a strong advantage
- Commercial depth, financial literacy and strategic thinking
- Strong people leadership and the ability to create high-performance, customer-led teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset - curious, bold, agile and outcomes-focused
