- Conduct pre-scheduled calls and meetings with warm, qualified leads (no cold calling required)
- Present our service solutions in clear, compelling 30 - 45 mins presentations
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Get businesses to sign up for the free freight platform.
- Nurture the businesses to use the platform.
- Develop strong rapport with prospects across various business sectors
- Understand client needs, pain points, and budget requirements
- Build trust quickly and position yourself as a consultative partner
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and outcomes in CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycle
- Coordinate with lead generation team to optimize handoff processes
- Update CRM system with call outcomes, next steps, and closing status
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion strategies
- Proven closing ability - Must have demonstrable track record of consistent sales success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone/video calls
- Strong objection handling skills and confidence in asking for the sale
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with technology (Zoom, CRM systems, basic computer skills)
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- Experience with B2B sales
- Previous success in commission-only sales environments
- Track record of 30% + close rates on qualified leads
- Experience with consultative selling approaches
- Commission-only - No base salary
- Up to $150 commission per closed client (get paid for signing customers up on our free platform)
- Further up to 10% revenue based commission when customer uses the platform
